MEET
Meet Your Hosts
Hi...thanks for checking out our site! We are the Craddocks and we are the happy hosts of this vintage gem. Bob and I are college sweethearts and have lived in many different communities in the Portland metro area for over 30 years and Wilsonville is one of our favorites.
Being a local real estate agent with an eye for design along with Bob's experience as a seasoned traveler, we instantly knew this property checked all our boxes and could be a fan favorite with others as well. Our daughters share their dad's sense of adventure and 'love-to-travel' gene so it's been fun to see their creative contributions come to life as well.
Our family has spent many years enjoying and exploring the beauty and wonder of the Pacific Northwest and hope during your stay you can do the same.
As the self-titled, 'travel agency' for our family and friends when traveling locally or abroad, logistics and hospitality are in our DNA. So rest assured, we care and we've got you covered.
When we aren't busy hosting, you can find us the nearby Charbonneau District, which is where we currently call home.
Can't wait to introduce you to Our Sweet Retreat!

FAMILY FARM
This property has special meaning to my parents as they also owned a vintage farmhouse at one time and restored it as well. When we visited the property together before purchasing it, they had a great appreciation for the unique blend of old and new, knowing from personal experience what a labor of love a project like this can be.
Not only do they have a history with old farmhouses but also with farm life itself, having lived on a 100 acre farm, raising cattle and doing grass hay, this little slice of country life in Wilsonville spoke to their hearts knowing at some point this property was probably also surrounded by farmland for miles.
Long summer days have passed since my sister and I rode tractor, cutting and baling hay, while my dad tended livestock and my mom fed the hay crew, but farm living will always be a part of our fabric and our family memories.
So when the opportunity presented itself for my parents to join in this venture, they readily agreed and it quickly became a family "farm" affair once again.
It's funny how life comes full circle.
